A suspected drug trafficker has been arrested and a substantial cannabis haul worth over Sh8.1 million seized following a dramatic highway chase in Kenya.

• Sh8.1 million worth of cannabis (approximately 272 kgs) was confiscated.
• The suspect, identified as David Muraya (35), was arrested by officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Anti-Narcotics Unit.
• The chase occurred along the Eldoret–Nakuru highway and ended near Kaptembwa Police Station.
