Kimisitu DT Sacco has postponed its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) after members requested the release of a forensic audit report concerning funds invested through the Kenya Union of Savings and Credit Co-operatives (KUSCCO).

• The postponement was made to allow members adequate time to review the forensic audit report.
• The decision was made following a request by members during a Special General Meeting on February 14.
• Kimisitu DT Sacco's board stated that delays from the audit firm necessitated the postponement, with a new date to be announced once the report is circulated.
