• Ksh 4.8 million and Ksh 3,999,996 were allegedly received by directors from an insurance agency contracted by the hospital's governing body, Kenya Hospital Association Limited.
• The accused include directors Chris Bichange Munga Nyamaratandi, Samson Mbuthia Kinyanjui, and Dr. Chris Obwaka.
• Charges also involve failure to lodge the hospital's financial statements for 2022, 2023, and 2024 with the Registrar.
