- The Judiciary, led by figures like High Court Principal Judge Justice Eric Ogola and Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu, has expanded mediation services across 41 counties.
- Alongside mediation, Alternative Justice Systems (AJS) saw a 85% success rate in resolving 1,073 cases in the 2025/2026 financial year, demonstrating growing public trust in community-based dispute resolution.
