The dialogue was announced during the EU Tech Business Offer Forum in Nairobi by Cabinet Secretary William Kabogo and Deputy Director General Renate Nikolay from the European Commission.
This agreement aims to accelerate investment, strengthen digital infrastructure, and foster partnerships in areas such as expanding internet networks and AI collaboration.
