The Ras Laffan facility in Qatar, the world's largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) hub, has suffered "extensive damage" from repeated Iranian strikes.
Key facilities targeted include Qatar's North Field, Iran's South Pars field, Saudi Arabia's Ras Tanura refinery, and the Ruwais refinery in Abu Dhabi.
QatarEnergy reported "sizeable fires" at its LNG facilities, while Iran shared that strikes on the South Pars field caused a fire and resulted in a significant drop in Gulf countries' oil and oil products output from 30 million to 20 million barrels per day.
