Six individuals tragically killed in a road accident at Kegati, Kisii–Keroka highway, will be laid to rest today in Nyaribari Chache constituency.

• Six people perished in the accident.
• The victims were identified as Hassan Momanyi, Callister Mairura, Gilbert Mogoko, Mzee Makori, and Edwin Obonyo.
• A trailer reportedly lost its brakes, causing the fatal collision at the Kegati trading centre.
• A joint funeral service will be held at Kegati Primary School grounds, with a call for solidarity from residents.
