Over 1,000 jobs daily are generated by housing construction sites, the largest investment sector in Nyanza Region.
Key projects include the Kisumu–Malaba SGR (Phase 2C), launched with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni.
Water and sanitation, the best-performing sector, has seen projects like the Kendu Bay and Oyugis Water Projects in Homa Bay County reach 100 per cent completion.
