Police in Kericho County have launched an investigation into a suspected mass grave discovered at Makaburini Cemetery on Saturday, March 21.

• National Police Service officers have secured the scene after reports of up to 14 bodies allegedly buried under suspicious circumstances.
• The discovery was made by two grave diggers who reported unusual activity involving unidentified individuals instructing them to dig a single large grave.
