A grim discovery has been made in Kericho Town, where 33 bodies have been exhumed from a mass grave at Makaburini Cemetery.

• 19 adults and 14 infants were recovered from the site.
• The exhumation followed a court order obtained by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
• The remains were reportedly transferred from Nyamira District Referral Hospital after being unclaimed.
