Officers in the National Police Service, Kenya Prisons Service, and National Youth Service will receive their final pay increment starting July 2026, completing a three-phase reform plan.

• The increment aims to achieve a maximum of up to 40 per cent increase in salaries and remuneration.
• Principal Secretary for Interior and National Administration, Dr. Raymond Omollo, announced the implementation timeline.
• The reforms are based on recommendations from the Maraga Taskforce report, with over 55 per cent of reforms already implemented.
