The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has issued a safety advisory for all motorists due to hazardous road conditions caused by ongoing heavy rains and reduced visibility across Kenya.

• Over 88 people have been killed and at least 71 vehicles damaged by recent floods, according to the National Police Service (NPS).
• The NTSA is urging drivers to reduce speed, maintain safe distances, use headlights, and avoid flooded roads.
• Pedestrians are advised to use designated crossing points, and passengers are encouraged to speak up if a driver's actions become unsafe.
