The suspect allegedly defrauded a construction firm by creating a fake project at Kaptis Primary Special School in Vihiga County.
Key organizations involved are the EACC, the NIS, and the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) Board.
The fraud was exposed when the firm sought payment and discovered no such project was approved, leading to the suspect's arrest while accepting a bribe of Ksh. 20,000.
