Kenya has achieved significant success at the Pan African Postal Union (PAPU) Conference in Kampala, securing a seat on the PAPU Administrative Council and the role of Eastern Africa Regional Digital Hub host.

Kenya will serve on the PAPU Administrative Council for the term 2026–2030.
The Ministry of Broadcasting, represented by Principal Secretary Stephen Isaboke, reaffirmed Kenya's dedication to regional postal innovation.
The 11th session of PAPU in Kampala also saw Kenya congratulate Zimbabwe and Uganda on re-elections.
