HWPL Kenya, in collaboration with the Nairobi City County Government, conducted a successful "Clean City, Peaceful City" initiative on Saturday, mobilizing approximately 80 volunteers to clean streets along Aga Khan Walk.

• This initiative aligns with HWPL's global peace framework, specifically Article 10 of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW), which promotes a culture of peace through civil society and youth engagement.
• Key participants included Youth Director Sharon Kibet and Branch Manager Moses Edward of HWPL Kenya, and Assistant Environment Director Duncan Miheso from the Nairobi City County Government.
• The project aims to contribute to Sustainable Development Goal 11, making cities safer and more sustainable, with plans for continued monthly cleanup activities.
