The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has launched a 30-day nationwide Enhanced Continuous Voter Registration (ECVR) exercise from March 30 to April 28, 2026, to update the electoral register ahead of the 2027 polls.

The exercise will be conducted on a rotational basis in County Assembly Wards, as well as at fixed points like constituency offices and Huduma Centres.
Eligible Kenyan citizens aged 18 and above with a valid national ID or passport can register or transfer their voting locations.
Areas with ongoing by-elections or election petitions, including Porro and Endo wards, Emurua Dikirr Constituency, Malava, and Mbeere North constituencies, are excluded.
