Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) Managing Director Agnes Kalekye has been appointed to the 38-member PAMOJA African Cup of Nations (AFCON 2027) Local Organising Committee (LOC).

• Agnes Kalekye joins 37 other members appointed by Sports CS Salim Mvurya on March 30, 2026.
• The committee is chaired by Nicholas Musonye and includes football legends and sports administrators.
• The LOC is tasked with various responsibilities, including stadium upgrades, logistical planning, and hosting the tournament co-hosted by Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania from June 19 to July 18, 2027.
