Isiolo County has launched a Geographic Information System (GIS) map and a contact directory to combat gender-based violence (GBV) in the Ngaremara and Burat wards.

• The GIS map pinpoints service providers like police, health facilities, and chiefs' offices to ensure faster GBV response.
• Key partners in this initiative include NARET and Plan International.
• The launch aims to improve access to services for survivors and has contributed to a decrease in reported GBV cases from 70% to 49% in the county, though teenage pregnancies and early marriages remain a concern at 17%.
