The long-neglected Kabarnet Stadium project in Baringo County, a decade-old white elephant, has finally been relocated and construction restarted.

• The project is now being moved to the ASK grounds in Kaptimbor, offering a larger space for the proposed modern sports complex.
• Defence Cabinet Secretary Patrick Mariru oversaw a ground-breaking ceremony, with the military supervising construction to ensure completion within nine months.
