The alleged offence occurred on 7th April 2026 in an apartment in Nyali Sub-County, Mombasa County.
The accused is 43-year-old musician Sefu Shabani Ramadhan (Matonya).
The court granted Matonya a bond of Ksh 500,000 and ordered him to surrender his passport.
