• Key individuals and organizations involved include Mukhisa Kituyi, the Commission for University Education (CUE), and Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST).
• The CUE is investigating these claims made by Kituyi on March 31, 2026, and has requested him to provide evidence between April 20 and April 24, 2026.
