The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has voiced concerns over the conduct of some senior United Democratic Alliance (UDA) officials, demanding mutual respect within the broad-based government framework.

• ODM expressed unease over public remarks by UDA officials that are causing anxiety within its ranks.
• The ODM Central Committee meeting on April 16, 2026, chaired by Party Leader Senator Oburu Oginga, also discussed socio-economic challenges.
• The party welcomed the allocation of Sh2 billion for compensation of victims of police brutality and protests, as per the NADCO report.
• ODM is launching a countrywide youth mobilization program, starting with conventions in Nairobi on April 20 and Mombasa on April 26.
