Three suspects accused of robbing Vihiga County Senator Godfrey Osotsi have pleaded not guilty to two counts of robbery with violence at the Kisumu Law Courts. They were subsequently released on a Sh1 million bond each.

• The suspects are accused of stealing Sh10,000 and a phone from Senator Osotsi, as well as a phone from Jeniffer Malanga.
• The accused appeared before Senior Principal Magistrate (SPM) Lorraine Ogombe.
• The pre-trial conference is scheduled for May 6, 2026.
