• The fake advert used a generic Gmail address (kenyarailwaysjobs@gmail.com) instead of Kenya Railways' official domain (@krc.co.ke).
• Kenya Railways emphasizes that recruitment is free and vacancies are only published on their official website and in national daily newspapers.
