At the 2026 HIV Coverage, Quality and Impact Network (CQUIN) High-Level Meeting in Nairobi, Kenya's Principal Secretary for Medical Services, Dr. Ouma Oluga, called for an integrated, sustainable, and domestically driven HIV response.
