• Expected rainfall accumulations could exceed 200mm within 24 hours in certain areas.
• The advisory impacts counties including Kwale, Mombasa, Garissa, and Mandera.
• Residents are warned of possible floods, flash floods, poor visibility, and strong winds, with maritime activities cautioned due to potential sea waves above 2 metres.
