- Forecasting a continuation of rainfall until April 27 in several key areas including the Highlands, Rift Valley, Southeastern Lowlands, Coast, and North Eastern parts of Kenya.
- The Kenya Meteorological Department anticipates isolated heavy rainfall events, potentially exceeding 120 millimeters in counties like Lamu, Tana River, Garissa, Mandera, Murang’a, Kiambu, Tharaka Nithi, Meru, Kakamega, and Bomet.
- Temperatures are projected to be above 30°Celsius in coastal and arid regions, while some highland areas may experience lows under 10°Celsius.
