The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA), in collaboration with the Energy Police Unit, has shut down an illegal fuel siphoning site near Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) depots in Nairobi's Industrial Area.

Approximately 800 litres of syphoned fuel and associated equipment were recovered.
The operation took place on Friday at a site on Nadume Road off Lunga Lunga Road.
Suspects evaded arrest after being tipped off, and the hunt for the culprits is ongoing.
