The World Health Summit (WHS) Regional Meeting 2026 has opened in Nairobi, Kenya, convening leaders and innovators to address critical global health challenges.
- The three-day summit, themed “Reimagining Africa’s Health Systems: Innovation, Integration, and Interdependence,” will, for the first time, extensively discuss the integration of traditional medicine into primary healthcare.
- Key discussions will focus on the safe, regulated, and evidence-informed integration of traditional medicine (TM) to strengthen primary healthcare and advance universal health coverage.
