The Stellar Development Foundation has launched its first EMEA-focused accelerator program, the Stellar x CV Labs Accelerator, to foster innovation in payments, tokenized real-world assets, and decentralized finance within the region.

• The program aims to support ten early-stage startups in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
• Key organizations involved are the Stellar Development Foundation and CV Labs.
• Selected startups can receive up to $150,000 in XLM and will participate in a 12-week program starting in August 2026, with an on-site component in Cape Town, South Africa, and concluding at the Stellar Meridian conference in Lisbon, Portugal.
