The High Court has rejected a bid by the Consumer Federation of Kenya (COFEK) to withdraw a petition challenging the Sh208 billion US-Kenya health data sharing agreement.

• Key organizations involved include COFEK and Katiba Institute, with activist Okiya Omtatah also pursuing the matter.
• The case, which concerns the Kenya–US Health Cooperation Framework and data privacy, will now proceed to a hearing on May 25, 2026.
