The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has successfully registered 2,345,476 new voters during its Enhanced Continuous Voter Registration (ECVR) exercise, which concluded on April 28. Despite falling slightly short of its 2.5 million target, the IEBC considers the exercise a significant success.
