The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) is set to launch a new digital e-Logbook system on June 10, replacing traditional paper-based vehicle registration and ownership records.

• The new system will be fully integrated into the government's eCitizen platform.
• The NTSA Director General Nashon Kondiwa announced the move aims to enhance efficiency and eliminate bureaucracy and fraud in vehicle ownership transfers.
• Vehicle sellers and buyers will be able to initiate transfers online, with each digital logbook featuring advanced security measures and a QR code for instant verification.
