KCB Bank Kenya has become the latest and largest financial institution to adoptPesalink's new industry-wide pricing, allowing customers to send money at a significantly reduced flat fee.

• Transfers between KES 1,000 and KES 999,999 now cost a flat KES 20, with transactions below KES 1,000 being free.
• The initiative is coordinated by Integrated Payment Services Limited (IPSL), the operator of Pesalink, on behalf of the Kenya Bankers Association.
• This move is particularly beneficial for small businesses and individuals making frequent inter-bank transfers, potentially saving up to 81% compared to mobile money services like M-Pesa for certain amounts.
