- KPC, now partially owned by Kenya, Uganda, and other investors, confirmed the exit of General Manager (Supply Chain) Maureen Mwenje on May 6, 2026.
- The privatisation process was completed in April, with the Treasury receiving Ksh103.45 billion from the partial sale.
