Following its recent privatisation, Kenya Pipeline Company PLC (KPC) has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors and senior management.

• The company has seen the departure of two board members, Sharon Irungu-Asiyo and Mohamed Birik Mohamed, effective April 22, 2026.
• KPC, now partially owned by Kenya, Uganda, and other investors, confirmed the exit of General Manager (Supply Chain) Maureen Mwenje on May 6, 2026.
• The privatisation process was completed in April, with the Treasury receiving Ksh103.45 billion from the partial sale.
