A new poll by TIFA Research indicates that while President William Ruto's support is weakening ahead of the 2027 General Election, a fragmented opposition may still pave the way for his re-election.

• President Ruto remains the most preferred candidate at 24 per cent, but three-quarters of Kenyans support other candidates or are undecided.
• Key opposition figures like Kalonzo Musyoka (19 per cent) and Fred Matiang’i (14 per cent) show significant, but scattered, support.
• Support for the Broad-Based Government coalition has dropped to 30 per cent, while opposition to it has risen to 56 per cent, following the death of Raila Odinga.
