The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has clarified the removal of popular courses like Nursing, Medicine, and Engineering from its application portal during the current revision window.

These high-demand courses were automatically removed because all available slots were filled during the first application phase, which closed on May 6.
The KUCCPS stated that this removal prevents students from applying for programmes with no remaining capacity.
Students who missed out on these programmes are encouraged to apply for other available courses, with some of the removed courses expected to be available in the next application window for the September intake.
