Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has accused President William Ruto of being responsible for the high fuel prices in Kenya. Speaking in London on Tuesday, May 19, Gachagua alleged that the current administration is intentionally burdening Kenyans with increased living costs.
- Gachagua stated that the price of super petrol increased by Sh16.65 per litre and diesel by Sh46.29, pushing prices to Sh214.25 and Sh242.92 respectively.
