Kirinyaga County has begun onboarding investors for the Sagana Industrial Park, with commissioning anticipated soon by President Ruto.

• 90 percent of infrastructure development for the County Aggregation and Industrial Park (CAIP) and Export Processing Zone (EPZ) is complete.
• A total of 13 companies have expressed interest in setting up factories at the park.
• The park is expected to create over 10,000 direct jobs and benefit an additional 100,000 youth indirectly.
