The High Court has ordered the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) to meticulously record all payments made through its instant traffic fines system, pending a legal challenge.

The court mandated that NTSA maintain a detailed schedule of every payment related to automatic fines and penalties.
The order was issued by Justice Bahati Mwamuye of the Kiambu High Court on Friday, May 29.
The conservatory order is in effect while the court hears a petition filed by Wilberforce Akelo, questioning the system's legality and implementation.
