Key individuals involved include First Lady Rachel Ruto, PS for Diaspora Affairs Ms. Roseline Njogu, Diaspora Women Caucus Chairperson Ms. Mercy Kamanja, and Joyful Women CEO Ms. Elizabeth Koskei.
Joyful Women currently has over 250,000 women spread across 44 counties engaged in various businesses such as agriculture and handicrafts.
