Electric two-wheeler manufacturer YADEA has officially entered the Kenyan market, launching the KIFA electric motorcycle specifically designed for the local boda boda industry.

• YADEA aims to tap into the growing demand for cleaner and more affordable transport in Kenya, positioning it as a key market in their East African expansion.
• This launch follows the company's success in Ethiopia, where they have sold over 48,000 electric motorcycles in three years.
• The KIFA motorcycle features a payload capacity of up to 250 kilograms and a range of up to 150 kilometres, with support for rapid battery swapping through a partnership with ARC Ride.
