- Senator Moses Kajwang', acting on a report from the County Public Accounts Committee, stated that failure to meet this deadline will result in the immediate cessation of all payments to CAF and SOCATT.
- Several county assemblies have been making annual subscriptions, some up to Sh2.75 million, to these entities despite their lack of legal backing, which is considered a violation of the Public Finance Management Act and the Constitution.
