• The Federation of Evangelical and Indigenous Christian Churches of Kenya (FEICCK), led by Bishop Samuel Njiriri, suggests boarding schools foster indiscipline due to peer influence and reduced parental supervision.
• They propose a shift towards day schools to empower boarding schools.
• The leaders also called for the reintroduction of regulated corporal punishment and the real-time monitoring of CCTV systems in schools to prevent incidents.
