The Kenya Urban Road Authority (KURA) has announced partial road closures in Nairobi for bridge construction and roadworks. Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes.

Kenyatta Avenue, Valley Road, and Jakwaya Kikwete Road will be partially closed from June 12, 2026, to February 12, 2027.
KURA is undertaking these works to facilitate bridge construction and the installation of cross culverts.
Ngong Road will also experience a partial closure for one week, from June 11 to June 18, 2026.
