Vertiv has unveiled the Vertiv Rack Extreme, a new rack platform engineered to support the demanding requirements of high-density Artificial Intelligence (AI) and High-Performance Computing (HPC) data centers.

• The rack boasts static and dynamic load ratings of up to 4,500 lbs (2,045 kg), offering up to 2x higher dynamic capacity than conventional designs.
• The solution is designed by Vertiv, drawing on expertise from its former Knürr brand.
• The Vertiv Rack Extreme features a fully welded construction, integrated airflow and cable management, a high-open-area mesh door, and flexible rail systems for simplified installation and management.
