Narinyu Enterprises Limited supplied cooking oil on April 22, 2024, before receiving the official Local Purchase Order (LPO) on May 24, 2024.
The Senate County Public Accounts Committee, led by Chairman Moses Kajwang’, is investigating these findings detailed by the Auditor-General.
The committee also questioned discrepancies in dates on documents and the supplier's initial disqualification for lacking a tax compliance certificate, suggesting attempts to mislead auditors.
