The Kenya Electricity Transmission Company (KETRACO) has successfully energised the Sh8.4 billion Isinya–Konza Transmission Line and the Konza Substation, significantly enhancing power supply reliability for Konza Technopolis and the wider eastern region.

• The project costs Sh8.4 billion and was jointly financed by the Export-Import Bank of China and the Government of Kenya.
• Key organizations involved: KETRACO, Export-Import Bank of China, and China Aerospace Construction Group Company Limited.
• This infrastructure aims to secure stable, quality power for Konza Technopolis, supporting its expansion and Kenya's economic growth agenda, including attracting investment and fostering industrialisation.
