The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has introduced convenient ways for members to retrieve lost account numbers remotely. This initiative aims to reduce the need for in-person visits to NSSF offices.

• Members can now dial *303# on their mobile phones to recover their NSSF number instantly by entering their national ID number.
• The NSSF has also provided a WhatsApp platform (+254 704 303 303) where users can initiate a conversation and retrieve their details.
• For those preferring in-person assistance, visiting a nearest branch office or Huduma Centre with a valid national identification card or passport is still an option.
