Naisiae Tobiko has been appointed the new chief executive officer and commission secretary for the Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ), also known as the Office of the Ombudsman.

• The appointment was announced on Tuesday, June 16.
• CAJ, a constitutional body, investigates maladministration and enforces the Access to Information Act 2016.
• Ms. Tobiko brings over 15 years of public service experience, most recently as a county elections manager at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
